SERVICES

We provide the following services:

• Addressing- Moving? Building? We are the agency you need to contact for a 911 address. Did you know? In many instances, your utility company will require a valid 911 address before they will provide their services.

• 911 Emergency Calls- The calls to 911 are answered by well-trained and courteous dispatchers, employed by the local sheriff's office We monitor the dispatchers to ensure they are handling your call fast and accurately. We work hand-in-hand with the local fire departments, ambulance companies and law enforcement agencies to help keep our citizens safe in Webster Parish.

• Mapping- Parish maps are maintained and provided to the dispatchers which aid the dispatching of emergency personnel.
